# ResellerPro Acceptable Use Policy

You may use ResellerPro only in compliance with applicable law, these policies and the rules of the relevant domain registries and service providers.

You must not use the service to:

- commit, facilitate or materially assist unlawful activity;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other third-party rights;
- distribute malware, credential theft tools or unauthorized access mechanisms;
- probe, bypass or disable security controls without authorization;
- conduct fraud, phishing, impersonation or deceptive transactions;
- abuse domain, DNS, hosting, payment or support systems;
- interfere with other customers or service availability;
- submit secrets, credentials or unnecessary personal data to external model/API services;
- use automated actions in a way that exceeds the authorization, rate, policy or safety boundaries of the service; or
- evade a suspension, security control or legally required restriction.

We may restrict or suspend activity where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, providers, legal obligations or service integrity. Where required by law, applicable notice, appeal or remediation rights will apply.

This policy does not grant any right to use third-party infrastructure beyond the permissions granted by its owner or applicable service agreement.
