# ResellerPro Terms of Service **Effective date:** September 16, 2026 **Product:** ResellerPro **Brand:** A11-K **Owner authority:** A.K. / Angel Krastev, sole founder and owner authority > This document is a product-level terms baseline. The contracting entity, registered address, registration number, VAT details, governing-law clause and any mandatory consumer wording must be completed from the actual legal entity and applicable jurisdiction before this document is used as a final public contract. ## 1. Agreement These Terms govern access to ResellerPro and related websites, account areas, domain, hosting, DNS, deployment, support, commerce and control-plane services that expressly incorporate these Terms. By creating an account, placing an order or using a service, you agree to the applicable Terms and referenced policies. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. ## 2. Provider and ownership structure ResellerPro is an A11-K product controlled by A.K. / Angel Krastev. External registrars, registries, payment processors, hosting providers, cloud platforms, model providers and other vendors are execution providers or technical adapters unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. The service does not represent an external provider as the owner of ResellerPro. ## 3. Accounts and customer information You must provide information that is accurate, current and sufficient for the requested service. You are responsible for credentials and for activity performed through your account, except where the applicable law requires otherwise. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse prevention or service integrity. ## 4. Domains and registrar services Domain availability, registration, renewal, transfer and registry requirements depend on the applicable TLD and upstream registry/registrar infrastructure. A successful search or quote does not guarantee availability until the requested transaction is accepted and reconciled. You are responsible for providing accurate registrant information and satisfying applicable domain rules. Domain services may be subject to registry, registrar, ICANN, EURid, national-TLD or other policy requirements applicable to the requested extension. ResellerPro may use one or more registrar adapters. The current technical adapter does not change the customer's contractual relationship with the service provider or the applicable registry rules. ## 5. Orders, prices and payment Prices, taxes, renewal terms and service conditions are shown at the relevant point of purchase or in the applicable order documentation. Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. An order is not considered internally settled solely because a payment provider returns a successful response. ResellerPro may reconcile authorization, payment, order and fulfilment evidence before completing an order. ## 6. Renewals, cancellations and refunds Any renewal, cancellation, refund or cooling-off right is governed by the applicable service, order, mandatory consumer law and any specific terms shown at checkout. Domain registrations and other services that have already been irreversibly supplied may be subject to different refund rules where permitted by law. No blanket “non-refundable” statement overrides mandatory statutory rights. ## 7. Customer content and intellectual property You retain rights in content and materials you lawfully provide to ResellerPro. You grant the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, display and operate that content for the services you request. ResellerPro's original software, product design, documentation, trademarks, branding, control-plane materials and other proprietary materials remain controlled by A.K. / Angel Krastev or the applicable rights holder. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses. ## 8. Acceptable use You may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malware distribution, credential theft, evasion of security controls, harassment, or activity that materially threatens the service or other users. Additional restrictions may apply to specific products or providers. ## 9. Availability and changes The service may change, be updated, suspended or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, provider outages, infrastructure incidents or legal requirements. We will not represent a provider-dependent capability as available when the required capability or evidence has not been verified. ## 10. Disclaimers To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided subject to the service-specific conditions and without warranties that are not expressly required by law. Availability searches, quotes, automated decisions, deployment previews and provider responses can contain errors or become stale. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. ## 11. Liability Any limitation of liability must be interpreted subject to mandatory applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited. Where a limitation is permitted, indirect or consequential loss may be excluded and direct liability may be limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the applicable contractual period, subject to mandatory law and the specific order terms. ## 12. Termination We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, fraud, security risk, non-payment, or where continued provision is legally or technically impracticable. Where required by law, applicable notice and cure rights will apply. ## 13. Governing law and disputes The governing law and competent court/forum must be stated from the actual contracting entity and applicable customer jurisdiction before final publication. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. ## 14. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security or operational changes. The effective date will be updated when a new version is published. Material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law. ## 15.
