The final controller identity, registered address, statutory contact details, retention periods and processor schedule must match the actual production entity and processing configuration before public launch. ## 1. Controller identity ResellerPro is an A11-K product controlled by A.K. / Angel Krastev. The legal data-controller identity for a particular service is the contracting entity identified in the applicable order, invoice or service notice. ## 2. Information we may process Depending on the service, ResellerPro may process account and contact information, authentication identifiers, domain-registration information, billing and order records, support communications, DNS/site configuration, security and audit events, device/network metadata, and information you voluntarily submit. ## 3. Purposes and legal bases Processing may be required to provide and secure accounts and services, process orders and payments, satisfy domain-registry and legal requirements, detect fraud and abuse, provide support, maintain audit and reconciliation records, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. Where GDPR applies, the applicable legal basis may include performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests, consent, or another basis permitted by applicable law. The basis depends on the particular processing activity. ## 4. Providers and subprocessors ResellerPro may use payment processors, registrars, hosting providers, database providers, email providers, security services and model/API providers. Their roles are limited by the applicable service arrangements and their own legal terms. A production processor/subprocessor register should be maintained separately and linked from the public privacy notice once the final production provider set is fixed. ## 5. Model/API processing Where external model services are enabled, relevant inputs may be transmitted to the selected provider according to the configured integration and applicable provider terms. Users should not submit secrets or unnecessary personal data to model services. Model providers are execution providers, not owners of ResellerPro. ## 6. Retention Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, contractual service, security/audit need, legal obligation, dispute resolution or legitimate operational requirement, subject to applicable law. The production retention schedule must be maintained as an operational register rather than inferred from application defaults. ## 7. International transfers Some providers may process information outside the country in which you are located. Where GDPR or another transfer regime applies, appropriate safeguards and transfer mechanisms will be used as required by law. ## 8. Security ResellerPro is designed around least privilege, fail-closed mutations, audit evidence, controlled provider adapters, externalized secrets and explicit authorization for high-impact operations. No security measure guarantees absolute security. ## 9. Your rights Depending on applicable law, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions. Requests should identify the relevant account and may require identity verification before action is taken. ## 10. Cookies The service may use essential cookies and similar mechanisms required for authentication, security and operation. Optional analytics or marketing technologies should only be enabled with applicable consent and disclosure controls. See `public/COOKIES.md`. ## 11. Children The service is not intentionally directed at children where prohibited by applicable law. Where a service has age restrictions, those restrictions are stated in the applicable terms. ## 12. Changes This notice may be updated when processing, providers, law or service architecture changes. The effective date identifies the current version. ## 13.
