Customer pricing is not published from placeholder values. A current provider quote must exist before a price becomes an offer.
An order needs an authenticated customer, a persisted record, a payment event, and a reconciliation path—not only a button.
Checkout, registration, renewal, and provisioning remain closed until their evidence gates pass in the target environment.
